Version 2.1.1 – to fix videos

Please NOte:

Everyone should update to this version because the other problem found affected iOS4 as well. Here were the 3 problems and resolutions:

The Studio Locator crash — incompatibilities between iOS 3.1.3 and iOS 4 concerning the Coordinate creation methods.
The Video Player crash — major changes in handling video player content between iOS 3.1.3 and iOS 4
The other crash: When opening studio locator, going back to main page and then re-opening the studio locator crashed on some occasions — this was due to an erratic double-release of an object in the studio location getter from the server.

I thank all those who were patient enough for this to be fixed.

Problems with Video

Happy New Year to you all !

Ok so some of you are experiencing problems with the videos crashing (though this still works for the majority of you!). I will hopefully be getting an answer this week as to what the problem is. The reason it has taken so long is because I needed a crash log from a user which the videos didn’t work for, and only recently got one (thank you Emily!!)

I will give you a post at the end of the week as to what the issue is. Thank you for your patience!

So I hope you have heard of and downloaded the iPhone app “Pocket Pole Studio” by now ? If not why not Ok, if you have an Android or Blackberry I forgive you but don’t despair, I am working hard on getting the app onto these platforms as soon as possible !

Pocket Pole Studio went into the iTunes store on May 24th and has seen a fair bit of interest from all over the world with the UK, USA & Canada heading the charge! This week, Pocket Pole Studio got into the “What’s Hot” section in the Health & Fitness Category which is fab!! See below
